4c Design has been awarded a grant by genecom to investigate the development of a needleless injector for animals, specifically aimed at sheep farming.
The device is intended to assist with pain relief and improve animal welfare.
Genecom Ltd is a company supporting the translation of science in the areas of animal health, welfare and crop science from the Moredun Research Institute, the Institute for Animal Health and Scottish Crop Research. They also work with the Roslin Foundation and aim to provide solutions for these organisations with regard to the commercialisation of their research base.
