Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Our investment in the Cosmos Finite Element Analysis Package has allowed us to integrate directly with our SolidWorks CAD environment. For more advanced, non linear and dynamic analysis, we work alongside our FEA partners, I.D.E.A.S. Ltd.

With over 25 years experience applying FEA to industrial design in Scotland our team have interrogated thousands of 3D models, verified millions of kilometres of piping and are capable of producing certification reports up to Class 1 Nuclear standard.

Our Services Include:-

  • Stress Analysis
  • Process Plant & Structural Integrity Assessments
  • Fitness For Service Assessments
  • Vibration Analysis & Monitoring
  • Corrosion & Erosion Assessments
  • Finite Element Analysis; Linear, Non-Linear, Dynamics and Transients
  • Fatigue, Fatigue Crack Growth & Life assessments
